I bought the 1st one, it got burned in less than a full hand usages. Got a replacement for the 2nd one, the blade got stuck also less than 20 usages. Get a refund and look for better quality.

Crushes ice, blends fast, super strong motor. Food processor attachment is amazing. I have made smoothies & milkshakes everyday since I got it. I sliced cucumbers using the food slicing attachment and it was super fast. I made namasu (pickled sliced cucumbers) and the slices were super thin and perfect, sliced two long Japanese cucumbers in a couple minutes.

THIS IS A VERY NICE AND STRONG BLENDER. I JUST WISH THE CONTAINER WAS MADE OF PLASTIC INSTEAD OF GLASS SINCE IT IS A LITTLE HEAVY. THE OTHER CONTAINER FOR FOOD, ETC, IS VERY NICE ALSO AND MADE OF PLASTIC.

Customer Review: Motor burns out within months
This blender works great the first few months and then the motor just dies out.I called Oster and they were defensive and not helpful at all. After checking reviews of this blender on other sites I see this is a very common problem. I mentioned this to Oster and they denied this. My small appliance repair man said they gave up on trying to fix this Model. Do not buy The Oster Fusion blender.

I recently purchased the Oster Fusion after reading many reviews on this site. I am completely satisfied with both the blender and food processor. I love the preset settings for food processing and blending frozen smoothies. When blending smoothies, the blender is loud, but not as loud as other blenders I have used. I think this is a great product and recommend it to anyone interested.

I HAVE PRETTY MUCH EVERY MODERN APPLIANCE & GADGET A KITCHEN PRINCESS COULD EVER ASK FOR. MY ONLY PROBLEM WITH MY PURCHASES IS THAT COLORS CHANGE SO I MAY NOT WANT TO DISPLAY THEM ON THE COUNTER. SUCH WAS THE PROBLEM WITH MY ORIGINAL 10 SPEED OSTERIZER CIRCA 1969, A BRIDAL SHOWER GIFT FROM MY MOM, IT IS AVOCADO GREEN. I WANTED TO SHARE THE COUNTER WITH MY WHITE CUISINART FOOD PROCESSOR, GREEN KITCHENAID MINI PROCESSOR, GREEN KITCHEAID STAND MIXER, & WHITE MR. COFFEE——BUT NOT AVOCADO!!! THE SCARRY PART IS, THAT ORIGINAL IS STILL WORKING TO THIS DAY, 36 YRS. LATER, & STILL CRUSHES ICE TO BOOT! IT STOPPED ON ME LAST YEAR & AFTER I CHECKED IT OUT, IT WAS JUST A LITTLE BUILT UP STICKYNESS IN THE BASE. CLEANED IT OUT —– GOOD TO GO! I didn’t follow directions and had been dishwashing the jar. The seal started leaking after a few years - so replaced the o-ring, jar, and round top and it’s like new - and much cheaper than replacing the entire machine!! No more dishwasher for this one.

Customer Review: I Hate This Blender!
I received this blender as a wedding gift several years ago. It doesn’t blend very smoothly — to avoid lumps, I have to frequently stop blending, stir the ingredients, and start blending again. It also doesn’t blend things quickly. The worst thing about this product, though, is the noise: it is ridiculously loud (the disc sander, power drill, and other power tools in my home are all quieter!). The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is that it has lasted several years without frying completely (though this may be too generous, as I only use it rarely and the motor smells burnt when operating).
