This is our 3rd honeywell. We have a son with Life threatening asthma, and these machines get a work out in our home. They are great. They work 24/7. All you have to do is keep them clean, change the filter, put it back together which is a snap and your in business. I would highly recommend these machines!!

This is a review for the 50300 which is similar to the 50250.
This air cleaner really puts out the volume of clean air on high speed, but it is loud. You can not talk or hear over it.
The slow speed is you can hear talking and TV over. Then turn it on high at night for white noice or when you leave the room.
