I got tired of messing with gasoline, oil, and the mixing, pouring, and spilling of the two, so I gave all my lawn equipment away and hired a gardener - 2 years later realize what a mistake - all gardener does is mow grass every 2 weeks and charge $$$$ for everything else. I ordered the lawn mower based on the review of others. I was amazed at the speed in which I received it but the box came really banged up. It looked as though it had been dropped a few times, opened and then re-taped. When I opened the box I found that one of the handle knobs was broken and the handle itself was bent. I managed to straighten the handle and used a bolt instead of the knob. In spite of the shipping the lawn mower started without a problem, sounded and ran great. Seems like a tough little machine.
