Customer Review: So far so good
Like any Polar product, this heart rate monitor works great. It accurately reads my heart rate and has enough features and sub menus to keep even the nerdiest occupied. My only real complaint is the sheer complexity of the sub menus. I accidentally pressed one button too long and it changed the display to something that wasn’t useful for me (two lines of data instead of three). I fiddled with it for a couple workout sessions until I finally gave in and opened the manual. After digging through the manual for 15 minutes, I figured out what I did. Not the end of the world, but it gives some indication of the complexity of the menus. I could have gone for something a bit simpler and still been happy. Overall I would still recommend this product.
Customer Review: Very cheap product
I have owned older Polar hear rate monitors, my favorite was the S210. Is really cheaply made, belt is integrated into the watch, which is a very bad design, since the belt will be worn out with a year of usage. Overall, I think Polar products have gotten worse over the years. I am glad to see competitor like Garmin with much better products capturing the market they deserve.

Customer Review: Wii accessories
We haven’t gotten a chance to use them yet but are so excited to. Maybe we will let you know when we do…..
Customer Review: sucks
IU bought these thinking they were simular to the jackets that come with the Wii remotes. But they are much harder to attach. I ripped two of them trying to put them on. Ended up throwing the rest away.

Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Camera Lens Lightweight and affordable, the Canon EF 50mm lens–which offers a fast f/1.8 aperture–is an excellent lens for people who prefer a fixed focal length. Canon’s lightest EF lens at a mere 4.6 ounces, the lens boasts a traditional Gauss-type optical design that delivers a sharp performance even when wide open. As a result, the lens provides an image that’s extremely close to how your eye perceives a subject, making it excellent for portraits and images that require a natural depth of field. In addition, the lens focuses as close as 18 inches, helping you take extreme close-ups. Finally, the lens offers an excellent color balance. As with all Canon lenses, the lens carries a one-year warranty.
- Focal length: 50mm
- Maximum aperture: 1:1.8
- Lens construction: 6 elements in 5 groups
- Diagonal angle of view: 46 degrees
- Focus adjustment: Overall linear extension system with Micromotor
- Closest focusing distance: 1.5 feet
- Filter size: 52mm
- Dimensions: 2.7 inches in diameter, 1.6 inches long
- Weight: 4.6 ounces
Customer Review: Great image quality; acceptable build quality
Very sharp lens. Fun to play with. Makes an excellent portrait lens on a cropped-frame sensor. However, it’s plastic, and it shows. The focus is loud and not too fast, but for $70 you’d be hard-pressed to find something better.
Customer Review: Very good for the price
As a novice, I’ve taken some really nice shots at a wedding with this. Performed well in low light. Sharpness was good.

Polar F6 Women’s Heart Rate Monitor Watch (Black Diamond) The Polar F6 is the optimal choice for group exercisers. Coded transmission prevents crosstalk with other monitors so you’ll get a personalized workout, even in a class environment. It includes all the features of the F4 , plus guidance with OwnZone to automatically establish your personal target heart rate zones and feedback with OwnCal to track your calories and % of fat burned.
Customer Review: Love(d) it
I have owned my F6 for about a week, and I’ve really enjoyed testing out its features. It has brought a new awareness to my workouts, and I love having the fantastic feedback with the push of a button. I wish I could have given it 5 stars, but there are a few drawbacks:
1. I like the clock feature, but it doesn’t display in exercise mode. I read another person’s feedback about putting the watch near the chest strap so the clock will display for a second or two, which works ok, but I would still like to see a screen where it could be displayed during exercise.
2. All of the ads I have read say the F6 includes a stopwatch…there is NO stopwatch!! There is a timer, which counts down from a programmed time, which is NOT a stopwatch. This was one of the features I was looking forward to, and I’m really bummed not to have it.
3. Polar’s website is not very user-friendly, and worse, they just made a horrible “upgrade” to their polarpersonaltrainer.com site. One of the F6’s selling features was the ability to instantly upload data to the online diary, which was fabulous for a couple of days…until the upgrade. There are many glitches with uploading, and the diary went from fun and informative to cumbersome and frustrating.
Otherwise, I’m pretty pleased with the F6…and the chest strap is much more comfortable than I’d anticipated.
Customer Review: Works Great!
This heart monitor works just great. I like that it keeps track of how much exercise you get in a weeks time. The only thing that I don’t like is that it is difficult to see in the dark without my glasses as the light makes the numerals green. Other than that, I think it is well worth the money. Strap is really comfortable, don’t even know you have it on.

Brought from this vendor after doing extensive research and I got what I am looking for. The pad is exactly the same as the original one (the one come with the game). Although it is a bit more expensive than the other alternate dance pad but I have NO complaint…may be a bit for the price.
Customer Review: Great Dance Pad
This is identical to the Dance Pad that comes in the box (Wii DDR Hottest Party)

Customer Review: Great camera for newbies
Having just gotten back into photography after a decades long absence I bought the XSi 4 months ago. It has been an excellent purchase. If you are new to dslr’s I would recommend taking a class at your local junior college in how to use one. It helped me understand what one of these cameras can really do and has really improved my enjoyment using the camera. The pictures I’ve taken with the XSi have been amazing and the kit lens with the IS feature is top notch. Don’t get swayed by all the hype you read online about dslr’s and invest in one that costs thousands, the XSi is a great camera at a great price that will give you anything you want in picture quality.
Customer Review: Perfect replacement camera.
After having my original Rebel stolen, I replaced it with the Xsi. The shutter speed is super fast, the viewing screen is huge so you know right away if you got the shot, and the quality of indoor pics is fantastic. The battery charges quickly and lasts a long time. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. No complaints - the only thing I miss about my old Rebel is the memory card that was still in it.

Rick Sammon’s Canon EOS Digital Rebel Personal Training Photo Workshop Customer Review: Much less than anticiapted
I thought this would be an introductory level resource for Canon cameras. However it is really a series of very short, almost anecdotal statements by Sammon, each surrounded by 1 - 2 minutes of title graphics with a generic Macintosh iDVD music bed that quickly becomes annoying. You spend most of your time watching the titles of the chapter and the review of the chapter, all with the same monotonous music. The title and review often take longer than the actual lessons. You might watch 20 seconds of the title, get about 60 seconds of incomplete advice, then another 60 seconds of text review of the same incomplete advice. For instance his complete advice for the Chapter on Sports photography consists of him telling you to put the camera in the “Sports” mode. No kidding. Then we have the obligatory music/picture montage that repeats the advice about putting the camera in the sports mode.
Customer Review: For The Beginner
This is a great DVD for the beginning Digital SLR user. I highly recommend that if you are ready to jump right in, start here. My only complaint about this particular DVD is the navigation of the DVD Menu. There are great tips for the beginner and time is spent on how to use the manual controls.

Customer Review: Great Product
I love my new Polar F11 heart rate monitor. It keeps track of my work outs, the time I’ve spent in each zone, tell me how many calories I’ve burned and it’s all downloadable. However, the one thing I really wish this could do was take your heartrate wirelessly. I keep the watch on all the time and it’d be nice to view your at rest heartrate or even during an activity without having the chest monitor on.
Customer Review: Great motivator
It wasn’t until I started using this heart rate monitor that I really started to lose weight. I had been walking for weight loss, but this monitor told me that my regular work out did not raise my heart rate high enough, so I had been under performing. This monitor made me realize that I actually had to start running, or jogging, or biking, or some more vigorous activity. Now, the weight is really falling off! The monitor is acurate and motivating. The OWN ZONE feature measures your progress and adjusts your ideal heart rate zone — At least I think that’s what happens. I have searched online for a tutorial of how to use the functions of this watch/monitor as the manual is a bit limited or not too easy to navigate. I am learning as I go along. Bottom line, though, is that I am really losing FAT by following the program in this watch. Some issues with the chest strap not working properly at times. I would attribute this to soap residue, sweat residue. I try to wash it very often and the problem seems resolved.
